No pets which are deemed a nuisance, aggressive, or threatening by the Board will be permitted. See Declaration for list of dogs which are prohibited. A maximum of four pets are permitted; further, no more than two cats and two dogs can be kept in a unit. See the Declaration for a full list of permitted pets.
Are there any occupancy restrictions?
Units to be used for residential purposes only. Home offices are permitted if they obey bylaw restricts/do not increase unreasonable traffic/cause irritation to other unit owners. At no time shall there be three persons residing in a unit who are not related by blood/marriage/common-law/adoption. The configuration/layout of the rooms shall not be changed without Board permission (regarding walls), and rooms not originally intended to be bedrooms can be changed into one.
Are there any leasing restrictions?
Short term occupancies are not permitted. Leases must be at least 6 months. Lodging houses/rooming houses/boarding houses/ not permitted.

Metergy offers submetering for electricity, water, as well as the use of the hot water tank. Resident must set up an account with Metergy upon purchase. Internet is included in the condo fee. Owner to set up account with Rogers. TV and a phoneline is not included. Resident may pay for extra service where desired.

Telecommunication devices are not permitted. Window coverings must be white or off-white. Any removed floor coverings must be replaced with something similar. No one shall install ceramic/wood flooring other than carpet without Board permission. No window air-conditioning units are permitted. There is a balcony policy in effect.
